Bloomfield Twp., Mich. —November 23, 2021 — CGS Advisors, a boutique strategy and innovation firm that assists corporate leaders to bravely compete in the connected world, is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its founding in 2011. In recognition of this milestone, the firm is honoring the anniversary with various events and releases; the festivities began with a “thanks-abration” event at The Monarch Club in Detroit’s Metropolitan Building.
“Over the course of a decade, CGS has built world class teams of passionate advisors and consultants who have partnered with our clients to help them recognize the potential of disruptions in their environments, and drive transformations to better compete,” said Gregg Garrett, founder and CEO of CGS Advisors. “It only felt right to begin the anniversary festivities by honoring and celebrating our core team members – whose commitment has made the firm a success; and The Monarch Club was the perfect venue for it.”
According to Garrett, in the last 10 years, CGS has advised more than 45 clients, assisted hundreds of leaders navigate challenges, opportunities, and changes, supported dozens of enterprise level transformations touching tens of thousands of lives. They have launched collaboratives comprised of Fortune 500 companies, supported their thought leaders in authoring and publishing Amazon best-selling business books, built countless rich and deep relationships, and grown to a team of 25 members; many whom have been with the firm for more than five years.
“We have helped clients plan strategies shaping the future of their firms; helped clients recognize and establish needed capabilities necessary to compete; and we’ve encouraged leaders to bravely innovate and transform their organizations into healthier, stronger, more successful enterprises,” said Garrett.
Garrett continued to note the trust established within the firm and with its clients is at the epicenter of all the firm’s relationships and success.
