A seasoned executive with a career spanning more than two decades, Mike has established himself as a leader in artificial intelligence and machine learning. His expertise lies in directing small, high-achieving teams and constructing scalable organizations that leverage the power of these small teams. Mike’s career is marked by collaborations with renowned organizations such as NASA, Microsoft, The Walt Disney Company, and Hypergiant. His roles have ranged from executive positions like founder, CEO, and CTO to highly technical ones such as senior engineer and chief data scientist, showcasing his versatility and deep understanding of the field.
His contributions extend to designing and developing front- and back-end software systems for a location-based marketing leader, including a new authorization and authentication system. He also played a key role in building a high-volume distributed stream processing system at Disney, designed to integrate educational content and assessment into online games.
Beyond his technical achievements, Mike has also founded companies in web development and mobile app spaces. Mike’s early career includes a notable stint at NASA Johnson Space Center, where he contributed to the design and feasibility studies for advanced manned missions to the Moon and Mars.
