Megan Riethmiller is a Delivery Consultant at CGS Advisors. Megan uses her experience in change management, customer service, and program analysis and evaluation to partner with her clients to develop actionable solutions for client problems.
Prior to joining CGS, Megan worked at Wayne State University where she managed the reservation process for multiple facilities as well as developed and facilitated the onboarding and mentoring of student staff members.
Megan also worked at a non-profit in Washington D.C. where she was involved with providing a range of services (e.g., research and analysis, curriculum improvement proposals, financial research) to university board of trustees at multiple institutions and facilitated policy discussions between policy think tanks and US Government agencies.
Coming out of college, Megan spent time in Uganda serving in the U.S. Peace Corps where she focused on engaging the local and regional communities on topics such as increasing English literacy, female rights and empowerment, promoting malaria prevention best practices, and HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention.
Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Government Analytics from Johns Hopkins University.
